WHO WE ARE

Julia Urbanchuk is the Founder of Star Pattern Consulting and is an Organization Effectiveness Leader and Practitioner with 30 years of experience helping organizations change for the better. She has led Organization Development and Talent initiatives across Fortune 500 companies in the Biopharmaceutical, Technology, and Consumer Products Industries.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Global Fellow of the Wharton School and holds many professional certifications, notably: Organization Network Analysis (ONA), Strategic Workforce Planning, Hogan Assessment, Change Execution Methodology (CEM), Global Talent Leader, Leader as Coach, 360 feedback, and Insights Discovery. She is trained in many OD methods as well as Lean and Six Sigma.

Julia has presented at the Organization Design Forum (ODF), NJOD Network, Tech360, Symposium for Integrated Thinking, NY HR People+Strategy (HRPS), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), University of Pennsylvania, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), Drug Information Association (DIA) and Philly L&D. 

Outside of work, Julia loves spending time with her family and outdoors activities — especially in the Rocky Mountains.
